I asked Ms. Watson to establish a new avenue for me to get exposure for all of my properties that are for sale in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama. I have tried the regular routes of real estate agents, interior designers, and other forms of advertising. I have all of these properties in good locations and in move-in condition. For whatever reason the activity has been low. Ms. Watson (through Video Inventory Productions) went to each property, took photos, made notes, gave comments, and came up with a plan within (3) days. What she came up with was amazing! Her plan included about $300 per house of staging and changing a couple of things inside and out. She showed me an example of her "virtual reality" tour she designed on each house (15). Within (2) weeks I implemented her "plan" and had each property ready for review for sale to my realtors. The realtors were greatly impressed and put the "new" plan in action with their local MLS. Within (3) weeks I had (2) contracts and double the activity on all properties. It was an investment that was reasonable and well spent. I would recommend Ms. Watson and her company to anyone that needs an excellent consultant/photographic producer. She is very professional, effective, and can make your business productive.
